A rare chance to hear double piano concertos

In September Peter will be collaborating with the piano duo Arzu and Gamze Kirtil to play two double piano concertos. Double piano concertos (for obvious reasons!) are rare beasts in the concert hall. And at this concert there will be two of the very finest: Mozart K365 and Poulenc. The Poulence (like all double concertos really) is not a well know piece but is one of the finest of all 20th century compositions! Philharmonia Britannica is the orchestra, who will be revving up to play Beethoven's barnstorming 5th Symphony at the end of this concert in St John's Smith Square.
