4. Choir: To produce high-quality performances I need you to be at all rehearsals – please put the rehearsal and concert dates in your diary and ensure that you remain available. However, if absolutely necessary, you can miss one prior rehearsal (i.e. not the concert day rehearsal), missing two may mean you cannot sing in the concert.
